Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to manage field activities and student outreach across Kerala. The role involves visiting educational institutions, interacting with students, coordinating events, engaging with communities, and generating quality leads. A short self-introduction video must be submitted along with the application.

Responsibilities

Visit schools and colleges across Kerala as per planned schedules Conduct workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions for students Build strong relationships with Principals, HODs, teachers, and community partners Collect and verify student/parent information and update the CRM promptly Support offline promotional activities such as brochures, posters, and standees Build and manage local agent networks and community channels Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and outreach programs Participate in education fairs, expos, campus events, and public programs Identify new collaboration opportunities with institutions and local businesses Evaluate event and activity performance based on lead quality and conversion Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for timely follow-up Drive walk-ins to centers through various field initiatives Maintain clear records of visits, events, and leads generated Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports Work closely with internal teams for campaign implementation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field 0-3 years of field sales or BTL experience Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam Ability to manage field travel and events independently Comfortable with extensive travel and achieving monthly targets Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
