to join our growing FMCG sales team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in the FMCG sector and a strong understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing retail accounts, expanding market presence, and ensuring brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Execute sales strategies to increase product reach and market share.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional execution at retail outlets.
Collect and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales manager or TSM's.
Ensure timely collections and credit management from channel partners.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock, and field activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of field sales experience
in the
FMCG industry
.
Graduate Higher Secondary & Above.
Strong understanding of the ALAPUZHA
FMCG MARKET
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field work efficiently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficient in local language (Malayalam) and basic English.
