Role Summary:



The

Field Sales Manager

leads a regional team of sales executives to drive B2B revenue. This is a "player-coach" role focused on territory growth, high-level negotiations, and on-the-ground mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Manage, coach, and join sales reps for face-to-face client meetings and site visits.

Revenue Growth:

Achieve regional sales targets through new business acquisition and account expansion.

Strategy:

Develop territory plans, optimize sales routes, and provide accurate revenue forecasting.

Relationship Management:

Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and maintain C-suite client relationships.

Core Requirements



Experience:

2+ years in B2B Field sales

Skills:

Expertise in complex sales cycles, CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot), and "Challenger" selling.

Results:

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding team quotas.
