Conduct cold calling, door-to-door visits, and area mapping to identify potential customers.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Organize and conduct
site visits
for clients and follow up regularly for closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Marketing:
Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote residential projects.
Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material in targeted areas.
Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams to align on promotions and branding activities.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Reporting:
Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM or lead tracker tools.
Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding pipeline, feedback, and performance.
