Job Description

A Field Sales Marketing professional is responsible for driving revenue and expanding market reach by directly engaging with clients in a specific geographical area. They build relationships, identify customer needs, and promote products or services through face-to-face interactions. This role often involves market research, sales strategy development, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identifying potential clients, building relationships with new and existing customers, and nurturing those relationships.

Product/Service Promotion:

Presenting, promoting, and selling products or services to meet customer needs.

Market Research:

Conducting market research to identify potential leads, new sales opportunities, and gather customer feedback.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks, often using a CRM system.

Collaboration and Communication:

Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments, and communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Customer Satisfaction:

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Event Participation:

Participating in trade shows and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities.
Essential Skills:

Sales and Negotiation:

Proven sales experience, including the ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.

Product Knowledge:
