Field Sales &Marketing Executive

to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads from schools for our range of educational products, including textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, and stationery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Identify and research potential schools to target for sales of textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, and stationery.

Field Visits:

Conduct regular, on-site visits to schools to meet with key decision-makers, such as principals, administrators, and procurement officers.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school faculty and staff.

Pipeline Management:

Track and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to lead conversion using our CRM system.

Market Feedback:

Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at educational fairs, school events, and exhibitions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
