Job Summary:
The Field Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving patient acquisition for Peacock Hospitals and its Infertility Center through direct field marketing activities. The role involves organising medical camps, building referrals from doctors, and converting leads into hospital visits, consultations, and procedures. The candidate must have a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential patients through medical camps, referrals, and local outreach.
- Build relationships with local doctors, clinics, and pharmacies to generate patient referrals.
- Promote hospital services, infertility treatments, and specialised procedures to increase footfall.
2. Field Marketing & Promotions:
- Organize and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, and community events to attract patients.
- Distribute marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, discount offers) in targeted areas.
- Use local networks, social media, and word-of-mouth to enhance hospital visibility.
3. Lead Follow-up & Conversion:
- Follow up on leads via calls, messages, and field visits to ensure appointment bookings.
- Guide potential patients through consultation scheduling, treatment plans, and payment options.
- Maintain a database of leads, conversions, and feedback for performance tracking.
4. Relationship Management:
- Develop strong ties with referral doctors, ASHA workers, and local influencers.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and facilitating smooth hospital visits.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, lead status, and conversions.
- Adhere to hospital marketing policies, ethical guidelines, and patient privacy norms.
Requirements:
- Education: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences).
- Experience: 0-3 years in field sales, healthcare marketing, or pharma sales (freshers with strong networking skills may apply).
- Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills (Tamil & English).
- Ability to build trust with doctors and patients.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Travel Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel daily.
- Compensation:
- Base Salary + Fuel Allowance (as per actuals).
- Performance-based incentives for patient conversions.
