Recruit, train, and activate a high-performing team of insurance advisors.
Drive sales and achieve monthly individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals and upselling.
Plan and execute field activities to grow advisor network.
Consistently follow up with prospects and advisors to maximize conversions.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduation in any stream (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing - preferably in Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, or related sectors
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
