Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Identify, pursue, and secure new clients in construction, infrastructure, real estate, and contracting sectors. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and negotiated contracts. Build long-term relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, and procurement teams. Maintain regular follow-ups on ongoing and upcoming projects. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-sales support. Track competitor pricing, products, and market strategies. Identify emerging project opportunities through site visits, market surveys, and networking. Recommend marketing strategies and pricing adjustments based on demand and trends. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to schedule timely deliveries. Ensure product quality and service standards are met. Follow up on billing, collections, and payment terms.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
