Based on experience, negotiable. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused male sales executive to join our solar rooftop projects team. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting solar solutions, and managing end-to-end sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers for solar rooftop installations through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose tailored solar solutions. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives. Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and financial plans to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collect payments from clients as per agreed terms. Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and payment collections in CRM tools. Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution. Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and advancements in solar technology. Interact and follow up with TNEB for approvals. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events to promote solar solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in solar or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Basic understanding of payment processes and financial record-keeping. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site visits, and payment collection. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and with a personal bike (preferred).
