Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of life insurance sales professionals

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Provide training and guidance to sales team members

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members

- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:

- 1.5+ years of experience in life insurance sales,

- Strong understanding of life insurance products and market trends

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
