Field Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for smart and dynamic Field Sales Managers who will visit our white-label admin partners across different states, check their performance, solve their issues, motivate them to increase work, and re-activate partners who have stopped working.
Candidate must have excellent English-speaking skills, strong personality, and good presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:



White-Label Partner Visits



Daily/weekly visits to all assigned white-label admin partners.

Build strong relationships and maintain smooth communication.

Understand partner needs, challenge, and provide guidance.

Performance Monitoring



Check partner's dashboard, monthly performance, and activity report.

Identify inactive partners and take corrective action.

Track order growth, customer activity, and service usage.

Reactivation of Inactive Partners



Visit partners who have stopped work, understand their concerns.

Explain benefits, new updates, and motivate them to restart.

Provide training on how to improve sales and increase customer base.

Business Expansion Support



Suggest new marketing ideas for partners to increase orders.

Guide on local promotions, customer acquisition, and service improvements.

Ensure partners follow company guidelines.

Training & Presentation



Give presentations to partners about platform features and updates.

Train them on app usage, order management, and best business practices.

Create awareness about new services launched on the platform.

Reporting & Coordination



Share daily visit report with the head office.

Maintain partner-wise activity sheet.

Coordinate with operations and tech teams if partners face technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Fluent in English + Hindi or any regional language

Strong presentation and communication skills

Good personality, confident, and professional behavior

Experience in field sales / partner management / operations

Ability to travel within state and nearby states

Basic understanding of mobile apps, admin panels, and dashboard tools

Ability to convince partners and motivate them

Problem-solving and target-oriented mindset

Ready to work independently

Salary & Benefits-



Fixed salary:

Competitive salary + Travel allowance =

Outstation Travel:

Train/Bus/Flight as per company policy + hotel stay (if required)
