Job Title: Field Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Noida, Sector 142

Experience: 2-5 Years (Real Estate Sales)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property sales, strong client-handling abilities, and the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client meetings, property visits, and on-site presentations.

Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.

Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing related field .

Only male candidate are preferred.


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Comfortable with fieldwork and client interactions.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.


Experience 2 - 5 Years


Salary 3 Lac To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
