We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of field sales executives, driving sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B field sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to scale operations efficiently.
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective team management.
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in solar, Auto mobile, Banking & Finance, telecom, real estate, or consumer durables.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team .Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
