Salary Slab: 6.00-7.00 lacs per annum
Location: Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh)
Experience: 1-2 Years
This role does not involve tender handling or dealer/channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Drive direct sales of Ride-on (EV & Diesel), and truck-mounted road sweeping machines
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
Manage the complete sales cycle from first meeting to order closure
Field Sales Execution:
Conduct regular field visits to municipalities, industrial sites, and institutional customers
Perform product demos, trials, and site evaluations
Work closely with customers to recommend the right machine configuration
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Lead & Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Follow up on enquiries, demos, and quotations
Update and manage leads through CRM or internal reporting systems
Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (service, production, logistics) for smooth order execution
Support customers during machine commissioning and initial usage
Drive repeat business and referrals
Market Intelligence & Feedback:
Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback
Share market insights with the Sales Head for strategy planning
Identify new application areas and emerging demand

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
1-2 years of field sales experience in capital equipment / industrial machinery / municipal products
Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals
Experience in conducting product demos and trials
Comfortable with extensive travel
