Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales officers for on-ground marketing and client acquisition across multiple cities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, & direct sales activities to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

:

Identify potential clients & generate new business opportunities. Visit retail outlets, hospitals, clinics, or dealers (according to business type) to promote products & services. Execute marketing activities, promotions, and brand visibility drives in the assigned area. Achieve monthly as well as quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for on-ground execution. Provide regular field reports & feedback for business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). 1-2 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred (FMCG, healthcare, solar, or consumer goods industry is a plus). Good communication and negotiation skills. Must be open to travel across multiple cities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality. Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred.
