Role Summary:
We are seeking a result-driven
Field Sales Manager
with prior experience in the
Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate industry
. The role focuses on managing the field sales team, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence through on-ground sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the field sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Plan and execute field sales strategies to generate new business
Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
Track daily sales activities, follow-ups, and closures
Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management
Ensure minimum target achievement as defined by the organization
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and client servicing
Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Ability to manage a field sales team effectively
Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively for field work
Qualification:
Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
