About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Field Sales Manager
to lead and grow our on-ground sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field sales of industrial instruments, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. This role is vital in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, and Manufacturing
Manage and grow relationships with EPCs, consultants, OEMs, and end-users
Lead field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and field execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive improvements
Coordinate with proposal, engineering, and service teams for seamless customer experience
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and pipeline forecasts
Provide mentoring and support to junior sales team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
5-8 years of proven field sales experience in industrial automation or process instrumentation
Strong technical knowledge of pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement products
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
