Role Overview:
We're looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team!
The role involves handling software sales, building customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through strategic business planning and smart execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
Build and execute strategic business plans to expand customer base.
Understand client needs and promote suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales reports and share insights with leadership.
Develop and close new business opportunities through negotiation and consultative selling.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship management skills.
Experience in software sales and knowledge of the IT/software industry.
Strong analytical, planning & reporting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
Experience in education sector sales is a plus!
