Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Sales Executive to drive sales of paper-based packaging products. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence through strong customer relationships and field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business for paper packaging products such as corrugated boxes, paper bags, cartons, sheets, and customized packaging solutions

Identify and develop clients from FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, retail, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors

Conduct regular field visits to customers, understand their packaging needs, and propose suitable solutions

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue growth

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business

Prepare and negotiate price quotations, contracts, and payment terms

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field

5+ years of field sales experience in paper packaging / printing / packaging industry

Strong knowledge of packaging specifications, GSM, flute types, box styles, and costing

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage extensive field travel

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills

Existing customer base in packaging or allied industries

Experience in B2B sales and institutional clients

Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
