This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Manager/Executive. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, managing a team, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer, architects, builders, facade consultant's relationships, developing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Required Skill's

Sales and Business Development

Sound knowledge in aluminum doors and windows, Architectural/ Decorative glasses

Knowledge of interior design industry

Good relationship with Architects, Builders, Owners, Contractors and Facade Consultants

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong leadership and management skills

Customer-centric approach

Ability to work independently

Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
