Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and contractors.
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Bangalore region and beyond.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
Graduate in Business / Marketing / related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years of experience
in
granite industry
(preferred) or
construction materials industry
.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Kannada
(mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently with high ownership.
Good knowledge of the
Bangalore market
.
Compensation
Salary Range:
?50,000 - ?60,000 per month (depending on experience).
Attractive incentives based on performance.
