About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Manager to drive B2B sales of capital utility equipment (chillers, HVAC systems, boilers, DG sets, water treatment plants, compressors) across South India. The role involves generating leads, conducting 10-12 client meetings weekly, and closing high-value deals (?50 lakhs - multiple crores) primarily with pharmaceutical and process industry clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Deliver technical presentations and collaborate with engineering teams for solutions.
Build and manage strong client relationships; negotiate & close large deals.
Prepare and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Track competition, market trends, and industry updates.
Requirements:
5-8 years in capital equipment B2B sales (pharma/process industry preferred).
Proven success in closing large industrial deals.
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.
Strong communication & negotiation skills; fluency in South Indian languages a plus.
Self-motivated, independent, and open to frequent travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
