Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients including contractors, architects, dealers, and end customers.
Visit sites regularly to promote and sell interior and exterior products (e.g., paints, coatings, cladding, tiles, fixtures, etc.).
Conduct product presentations and on-site demonstrations to educate clients on usage and benefits.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, accounts, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Diploma in Civil/Interior Design is a plus)
Proven field sales experience, ideally in the building materials, paints, or construction sector.
Strong knowledge ofinterior and exterior applications of products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Existing network of industry contacts (e.g., builders, contractors, architects).
