Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and energetic

Field Sales Manager

to drive sales of

interior and exterior's projects

(such as ACP work, Glass Facades, uPVC windows Mfg, wall panels, cladding materials, etc.). The candidate must be comfortable with fieldwork, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories. A

2-wheeler is mandatory

for daily client visits and site follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain strong relationships with

B2B, B2C

,

contractors, architects, and interior designers

. Visit

construction sites, design studios, and commercial projects

to generate leads and close deals. Achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

for assigned product categories. Conduct

product demonstrations, site assessments, and technical discussions

with clients. Identify new business opportunities in both

interior and exterior product segments

. Ensure effective

follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections

. Submit regular reports on

sales activities, competitor analysis, and market trends

. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team for

timely order fulfillment

. Represent the company in

trade shows, architect meets, and industry events

as required.

Key Requirements:



3-6 years

of experience in field sales, preferably in interior/exterior materials, building products, or home improvement.

Must own a 2-wheeler

and have a valid driving license. Strong knowledge of local market dynamics and construction ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently. Comfortable with mobile sales apps, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.

Compensation:



Fixed Salary: [28,500-41,500] Incentives: Based on performance Travel Allowance: Fuel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹41,500.00 per month
