The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration of the Yes Skin product range across the Mumbai region. The role involves developing and managing relationships with vendors, distributors, super stockists, retailers, and key cosmetic outlets, as well as ensuring direct sales growth through field visits and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the sales network including distributors, stockists, retailers, and beauty outlets across Mumbai.
2. Identify and onboard new vendors and distributors to expand market presence.
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
4. Conduct market visits and build strong relationships with retailers, beauty shops, and customers.
5. Monitor product visibility, availability, and shelf placement in retail stores.
6. Implement and monitor incentive programs and promotional schemes to boost sales.
7. Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support marketing strategies.
8. Train and motivate sales teams, beauty advisors, or promoters (if applicable).
9. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
10. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy business relationships with channel partners.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Strong command over cosmetic product knowledge and customer engagement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good networking ability with retailers and distributors in the Mumbai region.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or Cosmetology background).
