We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead a team of field sales executives and drive business growth in the assigned region. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing field sales operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring target achievement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a hands-on approach to team management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet company objectives.
Monitor field sales activities, conduct performance evaluations, and implement improvements where necessary.
Identify new business opportunities and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensure timely reporting of sales data, team performance, and market insights.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with field activities.
Conduct field visits with team members to guide and support them in client meetings.
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff in the region.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
