Field sales Manager (Coimbatore)



Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:



Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales is must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working specifically with chit fund / financial product sales. Familiarity with local customs and practices related to financial transactions.
