Overview
The Customer Executive will drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory, ensuring effective distributor management and market execution. The role involves achieving monthly targets, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong trade relationships. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for -

  • PepsiCo Foods business drive on both Primary & Secondaries and driving sales growth
  • Responsible for driving Disciplinary & strong Market execution
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with Distributors & Trade Partners
  • Achieving monthly sales targets, expanding market reach, and executing company plans effectively at the ground level
  • Coaching and mentoring the frontline sales team to achieve the Organisation objective & result
  • A proactive approach with strong negotiation and communication skills and identifying business opportunities to deliver consistent results
Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • MBA prefered
