JOB DISCRIPTION: \xc2\xb7 Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company\xe2\x80\x99s sales goals \xc2\xb7 Manage operations and resources to deliver profitable growth \xc2\xb7 Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required \xc2\xb7 Operate the assigned sales territory / market segment to meet sales & service requirements and expectations within the budgeted norms \xc2\xb7 To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization\xe2\x80\x99s products/services \xc2\xb7 To plan and oversee the execution of local area promotional activities in both sales and service \xc2\xb7 To device strategies for effective and real time market intelligence in order to stay ahead of competition \xc2\xb7 To come out with innovative and cost effective marketing ideas in order to stay always on top \xc2\xb7 Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting \xc2\xb7 Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions \xc2\xb7 Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions \xc2\xb7 Oversee the assigned sales department to ensure proper maintenance of all sales systems and functions \xc2\xb7 To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, discount structure laid by the company from time to time \xc2\xb7 Ensure proper sales documentation \xc2\xb7 Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement \xc2\xb7 Manage the use of budgets \xc2\xb7 To keep outstanding amount in check \xc2\xb7 Define optimal sales force structure \xc2\xb7 Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction \xc2\xb7 Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities \xc2\xb7 Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships Must Have Experience Into: \xc2\xb7 Building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan \xc2\xb7 Developing and growing an existing business channel \xc2\xb7 Should have an experience in monitoring and evaluating sales rep progress against stated targets, in addition to aligning and changing behavior with performance expectations SKILLS SET: \xc2\xb7 Impressive communication, presentation and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Outstanding negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of Mathematics, Data Analysis and Statistical Methods \xc2\xb7 Ability to work well with others, strong initiative and willing to accept additional responsibilities EDUCATION: BBA / MBA in Business Administration or Sales & Marketing or Any Associate degree with an relevant experience of min 5 years. Or B.E. in Mechanical / Chemical with an relevant experience of min 5 years EXPERIENCE: 3-7Yrs (Minimum 2-4 yrs of previous experience from Industrial Lubricant Industry) JOB LOCATION: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Noida, Gurugram, Punjab etc. REMUNERATION: CTC between 25-35k per month. (Can be negotiable as per work experience) Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Day range:
