Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project alignment.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry seminars as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in HVAC or related mechanical/electrical industries.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
