About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Market research: Assist in conducting research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
2. Lead generation: Support the team in generating leads through cold calling, networking, and attending events.
3. Client meetings: Accompany senior sales representatives to client meetings and presentations to learn about client interactions and sales techniques.
4. Sales support: Provide administrative support, including preparing sales materials, updating CRM systems, and tracking sales activities.
5. Product demonstrations: Help with product demonstrations and presentations, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and benefits.
6. Sales reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing data to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Customer relationship management: Engage with potential and existing customers to gather feedback and address inquiries, contributing to building strong customer relationships.
8. Field visits: Participate in field visits to understand customer needs and assist in the implementation of sales strategies.
9. Training: Attend training sessions to gain knowledge about the company's products, sales processes, and market strategies.
10. Administrative tasks: Support the sales team with various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence.

Other requirements
1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Communication skills.
3. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
4. Tech savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (\xe2\x82\xb9 1000 per sale).
