About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct physical examinations of the real estate market
2. Hold meetings with owners, define the requirements in depth, and create presentations
3. Discover premises that can accommodate the need for hotels, banquets, and restaurants, and create presentations
4. Discover premises that can accommodate the needs of hotels, banquets, restaurants, and various development projects for commercial uses

Stipend Structure:

1. Fixed Stipend + Incentive
2. If a candidate is able to source 10 properties then he will get 1000 rupees/property on commercial and 500 rupees/property on residential

Requirements: Having a two-wheeler is compulsory for getting this internship. If the candidate has two-wheeler, only then should apply.
