Calling Leads and qualifying the lead for site visit (Handling Customer Inquiry)
Attending Inbound and outbound marketing calls to leads generated through various marketing activities.
Providing information to clients with real estate requirements over calls, email, WhatsApp Regular follow-ups, and ensuring customer site visits.
Referral Lead Generation and Conduct Site Visits (Virtual and Physical)
Building the Team and grooming a team leader
Tele pitching prospective leads about the projects and providing all information and query resolution to drive those leads to scheduled site visits.
Help Clients make the right decisions with their requirements and explain the various projects based on their requirement
Achieve the company sales target.
Create, and survey campaigns and assist the Sales and Marketing
Build relationships with existing customers to generate reference sales.
