Field Sales - Architect & Designer Collaborations

Purpose of Role



Drive business growth by developing strategic collaborations with architects, interior designers, and developers. The role involves promoting the gallery's art solutions, ensuring strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and business development goals.

Establish partnerships with new architects, interior designers, and firms.

Maintain timely, accurate documentation and reporting of leads, sales, and follow-ups.

Enhance the gallery's visibility in the architecture and design ecosystem through strategic participation in events and collaborations.

Core Responsibilities (Actionable)



Business Development

Identify and engage with architects, interior designers, developers, and design firms for potential collaborations. Conduct meetings and presentations to introduce the gallery's art solutions, customization options, and services. Follow up regularly on leads and convert them into successful projects.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients, ensuring timely support and consistent communication. Understand client project requirements and coordinate with internal teams for tailored art solutions. Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with prompt resolution.

Market Research & Networking

Research ongoing and upcoming projects within the architecture and interior industry. Attend exhibitions, design fairs, and trade events to represent the gallery. Identify new market opportunities and trends to support growth strategies.

Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign inputs, client communication materials, and product catalogs. Coordinate with internal teams for artwork customization, timelines, and delivery. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and feedback.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, pipeline progress, and conversions. Update CRM systems regularly with accurate client and project data. Provide management with insights on competitor activity and market developments.

Performance Indicators



Sales Performance:

Minimum 90% achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Lead Conversion:

At least 30% conversion rate from qualified leads to confirmed sales.

Client Retention:

Minimum 80% repeat business or referrals from existing clients.

Market Expansion:

Minimum 5 new design professionals onboarded monthly.

Reporting Accuracy:

100% compliance in CRM updates and weekly reporting schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking ability and relationship management with design professionals. Good understanding of art, architecture, and interior design aesthetics. Target-oriented with strong time management and self-discipline. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and business communication tools.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in

art, interior design, or architecture

industries. Proven ability to handle B2B client relationships and achieve sales targets.
