Position Overview

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Vapi region. This role demands a proactive, target-oriented professional with strong communication and negotiation skills who can represent the company effectively in the market. The position involves regular client visits, market analysis, and coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Ankleshwar region and surrounding markets.
Visit potential and existing clients to understand requirements and present company products.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
Submit regular sales reports, visit logs, and feedback to the internal team.
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Experience: 2-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in textiles, fabrics, or B2B product sales.
