Job Opening: Field Sales Executive
A leading Gold finance company in Pune is seeking a Fresher Graduate for the position of field sales executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loans sales deals, communicating and pitching to customers, handling documentation processes, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders. The role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing product training and demonstrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Salary:

• 12.7k per month inhand

• After 6 months, 17.5k inhand

Work Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations for Gold loans sales deals

• Communicate, pitch, and make customers understand regarding Gold loans

• Check Gold quality and handle documentation processes and day-to-day operations

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Provide product training and demonstrations to customers

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Fresher Graduate passout of 2022 to 2024

• Local candidates only

• Up to 27 years of age

• Fluency in the local language

• 2 Wheeler & Driving Licence (If not already, need to get it sorted within the first 2 months)

• Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure

• 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
