Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new

Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Salary Accounts

. Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to customers. Engage in

cold calling

, handle

walk-in inquiries

, and leverage

referrals

emails

direct mail

ATM interactions

, and other lead generation methods. Build and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales targets. Maintain strict compliance with

KYC norms

and banking regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of field sales experience

in banking, financial services, or a similar sector. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Target-driven and customer-focused approach. Knowledge of local market and customer base in the assigned area.
