Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Expert, you will drive business growth by engaging with parents and students and collaborating with schools as well in Visakhapatnam, promoting SISYA CLASS programs, conducting on-ground meetings, addressing queries, and converting prospects into long-term enrollments. You'll work independently in the field, build relationships, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-ground Sales: Meet prospective parents/students/schools in Visakhapatnam, explain SISYA CLASS offerings, and drive enrollments for long-term programs.

2. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers and referrals.

3. Program Explanation: Clearly communicate value, structure, and benefits of SISYA CLASS programs.

4. Address Concerns: Handle objections and close sales effectively.

5. Meet Targets: Achieve monthly sales and conversion goals.

6. Coordinate Internally: Work with teams for smooth post-sale transitions.

Requirements

1. Experience: 1+ years in field sales, preferably in EdTech or education sector.

2. Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, relationship-building.

3. Languages: Proficiency in English and local language (Telugu) knowledge is a plus for Visakhapatnam.

4. Mobility: Comfortable with on-ground travel in Visakhapatnam.

Job Details

- Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year.
