We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Manager (Male candidates preferred) who is energetic, target-driven, and passionate about building strong client relationships. The role involves driving sales growth, exploring new business opportunities, and representing the company at exhibitions and events.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective field sales and marketing strategies. Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives. Lead and coordinate with the sales team for smooth execution of operations. Provide regular updates, reports, and sales insights to management. Represent the company at exhibitions and events, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Marketing/Sales). 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Field Sales, or Marketing roles. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Skills Required

Strong knowledge of field sales and marketing practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and client coordination skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required for events and exhibitions.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 (based on experience & performance in interview). Travel allowance provided. Exposure to national-level exhibitions and events.
