Experience Required:

1-4 years in the insurance industry (Life, Health, or General Insurance)/Any Field sales Preference for candidates from insurance or related financial services background Immediate joiners or notice period up to 30 days preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead agent recruitment and activation to meet business goals Oversee agent training and ensure compliance adherence Drive sales growth through motivation and relationship management Manage operational processes and Recruitment Dashboard Prepare and present periodic business performance reports
