About the Role



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

with prior experience in the

e-commerce industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new sellers/merchants, driving product adoption, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and market activations.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and onboard new sellers, merchants, and small businesses to the company's e-commerce platform. Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and convert prospects. Explain platform features, pricing, and benefits to potential sellers. Ensure sellers complete KYC, cataloging, and product listings. Achieve weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to improve retention and performance. Collect market insights and competitor intelligence. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catalog, payments) for smooth seller activation. Train sellers on order processing, packaging standards, and platform tools. Resolve seller issues and service requests promptly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
