Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling
broadband connections, mobile plans, and leased line services
. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for
broadband, mobile, and leased line
connections.
Conduct
field visits, cold calls, and client meetings
to generate new leads.
Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and activation.
Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM systems.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience (1-2 years) in
field sales
, preferably in
telecom, broadband,
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle sales pressure.
Knowledge of broadband technology, leased lines, and mobile data plans.
Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
