Think Digital is a performance-focused digital marketing agency helping businesses grow through services such as social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, website development, and branding. We are expanding our on-ground sales team and are looking for dynamic Field Sales Executives who can acquire new clients through direct meetings and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential business clients (shops, offices, startups, SMEs) to promote Think Digital's services
Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and networking
Present and explain digital marketing solutions as per client requirements
Schedule and attend client meetings, demos, and discussions
Negotiate pricing and close sales as per company guidelines
Coordinate with the internal marketing and strategy team for proposals and onboarding
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and follow-ups
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in field sales, B2B sales, or service sales is an advantage
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
Confident, presentable, and comfortable with outdoor sales work
Ability to build relationships and handle objections
Two-wheeler preferred (fuel/travel allowance provided, if applicable)
