Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented

Sales Executive

to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition. Present and promote products/services to customers effectively. Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

0- 2 years

of sales experience (Field Sales preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Must have a

bike and valid driving license

(if field sales role). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools). Graduate/HS passed candidates can apply.
