Field Sales Executive - ERP Sales
for a
target-based role
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue goals through active fieldwork, client acquisition, and ERP software sales.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve
monthly and quarterly sales targets
for ERP solutions.
Develop new business through
field visits, cold calling, and networking
.
Identify prospective clients and conduct on-site meetings and presentations.
Generate and manage sales pipeline and follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate deals to closure.
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for product demos.
Mandatory Requirements
Proven experience in
ERP / Software / IT services sales
(mandatory).
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed
sales targets
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
Odoo ERP sales
or other ERP platforms.
Experience in B2B or enterprise-level selling.
