Field Sales Executive

Experience:

1-3 Years (Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Service Industry preferred)

Salary:

?30,000 - ?50,000 per month + Incentives (Competitive salary can be offered for the right candidate)

Mode of Work:

Field-based (Must have own bike and valid driving license)

Key Responsibilities

Visit clients in assigned areas to promote and sell travel and tour packages. Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and references. Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, itineraries, and booking confirmations. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional service. Prepare daily visit reports and share field feedback with the management team.

Requirements

Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license. Male candidates preferred. 1-3 years of experience in field sales or any client-facing role. Experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Service industry is an added advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Smart, well-groomed, and confident in client interactions.
