Field Sales Executive

Qualification:

Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in sales (Automobile sales background preferred)

Salary:

?10,000 - ?18,000 per month + TA + PF + ESIC + Bonus + Increment + Mobile Bill + Other Applicable Leaves

Job Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products/services. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by management. Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure repeat business. Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports. Assist in organizing local promotional activities or events. Collect market feedback and report competitor activities. Coordinate with the back-office and management for smooth operations and customer handling.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass with at least 1 year of field sales experience. Preference for candidates from the

automobile industry

(two-wheeler/four-wheeler sales). Must have good communication and convincing skills. Should own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field work. Target-oriented, disciplined, and ready to travel within assigned areas.
