Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive

with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales, building dealer/distributor relationships, generating leads, and ensuring sales targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Actively engage in field visits to meet dealers, distributors, and customers. Generate new leads and expand the dealer/distributor network for client brands. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. Conduct product demos, explain benefits, and resolve queries for prospects. Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to share with the marketing team. Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and closures using CRM or reporting formats. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales deals. Support client activations, on-ground campaigns, and promotional events whenever required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-2 years of proven field sales or on-ground sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in local language(s) and Hindi/Bengali. Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
