Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Visit schools, colleges, corporates, retail outlets (or relevant target locations) to promote and sell products/services.
Understand client needs and pitch appropriate solutions.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Provide daily visit reports and market feedback to the team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of field sales experience (preferred), especially in education, FMCG, or services sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Should be comfortable with local travel.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in local language and basic English.
Good knowledge of local geography and market.
Experience using CRM or lead tracking tools is a plus
